An international cricket match is coming up on February 9. This international match will be held at Barabati Stadium, which hasn’t hosted an international match for almost 5 years. The last time this was played at the venue was in 2019. The stadium will be filled with cricket enthusiasts.
On the other hand, the location of the tennis counters at the Barabati Stadium has been shifted. Keeping in mind the problem of traffic, the counters that were on one of the edges of Cuttack Barabati Stadium have been moved. It has now been fixed inside the Stadum instead of being at its earlier locations on the main road. The Odisha Cricket Association shifted the the counters late last night.
OCA’s Vishnu Prasad Mohapatra was present at the Stadium and supervised the shifting work himself. This time different arrangements have been made for women- they will have their own queues. For every three counters meant for the public, there will be one counter exclusively for women. A total of six counters will be selling tickets.
For a duration of two days, i.e., February 5 and 6, the tickets would be laid out for sale for ordinary spectators through ticket counters.
